The stone

A heart-cut moissanite, 7 mm (1.2 ct), D color and VVS1 clarity. D is fully colorless, and VVS1 means any inclusions are invisible without magnification. Moissanite is lab-grown, second only to diamond in hardness, with more fire than a diamond of the same size, and it reads as diamond on standard thermal testers.

It ships with its GRA report, the grading card that documents the stone's color, clarity and carat weight.

The metal

925 sterling silver, pendant and chain. Nickel free, so it's safe against sensitive skin.

It arrives ready to give

It comes in a small square gift box, velvet lined with a foam insert, and we engrave the lid here in our Mesa workshop. Want to make it bigger? Pair it with the heart moissanite studs or a personalized travel jewelry box engraved with her name.

How it compares

Ours is a 1.2 ct heart-cut moissanite, D color and VVS1, with its GRA report and a gift box we engrave in Mesa. Take it off before the pool, the shower and cleaning products. Sterling darkens over time; a silver polishing cloth brings it right back.
