Thank you for supporting Arizona Artisan. Every piece we make involves individual custom craftsmanship and precision laser engraving. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing & Production Time
Because our products are custom-made to order, fulfillment consists of two parts: production time and transit time.

Production Time: Standard stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom engraving orders require design approval and production, which generally takes 2-5 business days from the date your design mockup is finalized.

Processing Schedule: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

High-Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days via priority carrier options (available at checkout).

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after the production period is complete.
3. Local Pickup Options
For customers residing in the local Mesa and Maricopa County area, we offer a free local pickup option at checkout.

Once your custom order is completed, engraved, and packaged, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions and available hours.

Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) when you arrive to pick up your items.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Arizona Artisan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Carrier Issues
Arizona Artisan is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit once they leave our workshop. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier will require photographic proof.
