This address is for scheduled pickups and drop-offs only — it is not a walk-in storefront, and there is no retail showroom at this location. Please don't stop by without an appointment.

Here's how it works: choose local pickup at checkout, and once your piece is engraved and packaged we'll email you to arrange a pickup time that suits you. Bring your order confirmation. Dropping off an item of your own to be engraved works the same way — email us first and we'll set a time.

Turnaround

Local pickup: most orders are engraved and ready the same day. Custom pieces begin production once you approve your design mockup.

Shipping: stock items ship in 1–3 business days; custom engraved pieces need 2–5 business days for production after mockup approval, then 3–7 business days in transit via USPS or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Where we work

Everything we sell is engraved and UV printed in-house at our Mesa workshop. We offer local pickup and drop-off throughout Mesa and the wider Maricopa County area — Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix — and we ship nationwide.
