Welcome to Arizona Artisan. By accessing our website and purchasing our custom engraving services or products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Orders & Artistic Interpretation

Approval Process: For custom engraving projects, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all design mockups, spellings, and layouts before production begins. Once a design is approved by you, production is finalized.
Artistic Interpretation: Many of our products feature individual, transformative artistic interpretations of popular themes or characters. You are purchasing the physical materials and our specific engraving/craftsmanship labor. Arizona Artisan does not claim ownership over any third-party intellectual property or characters used as inspiration for fan-art pieces.
Workspace Deviations: Due to the physical nature of high-precision laser engraving and the natural variations in materials (such as wood, slate, leather, or metals), slight variations in texture, color, and depth are a natural part of the artisan process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. Customer-Supplied Materials and Content

Artwork Ownership: By submitting logos, graphics, text, or designs for custom engraving, you warrant that you own the rights to the artwork or have explicit permission to use it. Arizona Artisan assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringements arising from customer-submitted content.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that contains text or imagery we deem profane, hateful, or infringing on intellectual property.

3. Payment, Shipping, and Local Pickup

Payment Terms: Full payment is required before production begins on custom pieces unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Fulfillment & Delivery: Shipping dates are estimates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by shipping carriers once the package leaves our workshop.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Custom and Personalized Goods: Because custom-engraved items are permanently altered to your specifications, all sales on customized or personalized products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer errors (such as misspelling an approved mockup).
Production Errors: If we make a clear mistake that deviates from your approved design mockup or if an alignment error occurs due to an internal workshop issue, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arizona Artisan provides its services and products "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal actions must be filed in Maricopa County, Arizona.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
