Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • Custom and Personalized Goods: Because custom-engraved items are permanently altered to your specifications, all sales on customized or personalized products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer errors (such as misspelling an approved mockup).

  • Production Errors: If we make a clear mistake that deviates from your approved design mockup or if an alignment error occurs due to an internal workshop issue, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
